Coconut Water Cocktail Recipes

Much has been made of coconut water’s hydrating qualities, turning it into the perfect mixer for a cocktail that you won’t regret the morning after. FOCO 100% Pure Coconut Water have created some refreshing coconut water cocktail recipes for you to try out.

 

Gin Palace

Serves 1

Ingredients

A generous handful of mint leaves

Half a lime, quartered

1tsp sugar

50ml gin

100ml FOCO 100% Pure Coconut Water, chilled

100ml tonic water

Crushed ice

Muddle the mint leaves (reserving a few for decoration), lime and sugar together in a highball glass. Add the gin, ice, coconut water and tonic water and mix well. Garnish with the remaining mint leaves.

Dark 'n' Stormy with a Twist

Serves 1

Ingredients

1 lime, quartered

100ml FOCO 100% Pure Coconut
Water, chilled

50ml dark rum

100ml ginger beer

Ice

Crush the lime quarters at the bottom of the glass to release the juices. Add the rum, ice, ginger beer and coconut water and mix well.

 

Virgin Pina Colada

Serves 1

Ingredients

60ml FOCO 100% Pure Coconut Water with Pineapple, chilled

60ml coconut cream

100ml fresh pineapple juice

Crushed ice

Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth. Add a twist of lime or lemon if you feel it’s too sweet.

Lady In Pink

Serves 2

Ingredients

200g fresh raspberries, plus extra to garnish

300ml FOCO 100% Pure Coconut Water with Pomegranate, chilled

Teaspoon of sugar

Ice

Blend together the ingredients until smooth. Garnish with the extra raspberries and some mint leaves.
