Drinks Hamper’s Recipe for a Pear and Sage Collins Cocktail:

 

50ml Gilpin’s Westmorland Extra Dry Gin
10ml Xanté Pear Liqueur
5ml Green Chartreuse
25ml lemon juice
15ml sage-infused Syrop de Gomme
½ fresh pear
4 fresh sage leaves
Soda water
Collins glass with cubed ice

Muddle the pear and sage leaves with the sage-infused Syrop de Gomme, shake with other ingredients and double strain over the cubed ice into the Collins glass. 

Top with soda, garnish with pear and sage leaf to serve.
