Cocktails are fun, fashionable and sophisticated. Last year on-trade analyst CGA Strategy reported a 10.8% uplift in cocktail sales since 2012, and 43% of under 35’s say they have bought a cocktail in the last week, compared to 36% a year ago.
We share exclusive recipes with you from Dale DeGroff, King of Cocktails, doyen of the world of American cocktails. (And coming soon we have special recipes from the Savoy’s Head Bartender, Chris Moore.)
