Serves 4-6
Ingredients
6 oranges
2 pink grapefruit
2 tbsp orange blossom honey
Splash of orange flower water
50g flaked almonds
Method
Peel the oranges and pink grapefruit, removing all the pith. Carefully cut out each segment and lay in a bowl. Dribble the honey over the top and then add a splash of orange flower water. Just before serving, toast the almond flakes lightly and scatter them over the fruit.
