Drinks Hamper’s Recipe for a Mandarin And Pomegranate Golden Cobbler Cocktail:
50ml Patrón Reposado
Thumb sized piece of fresh ginger
2 tsp fine sugar
25ml Pama pomegranate liqueur
Pomegranate seeds and mandarin zest, to garnish
1. In the bottom of a mixing glass muddle ginger, agave and mandarin segments with 2 teaspoons of fine sugar.
2. Shake with ice.
3. Strain into a rocks glass half filled with crushed ice.
4. Drizzle liqueur around the edge of the glass and add more ice.
5. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and mandarin zest to finish.
