Drinks Hamper’s Recipe for a Sussex Kir Royale:
250g strawberries, halved
25g sugar
1 tbsp Breaky Bottom crème de cassis
Breaky Bottom’s Sparkling Wine
1. Mix the strawberries and sugar together in a bowl and leave to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Divide the strawberry mixture between two Champagne flutes,
add a spoonful of cassis to each and top up with breaky bottom fizz.
