Drinks Hamper’s Recipe for The Highland Honey Julep Cocktail:
50ml Macallan fine oak 10 years old
5ml runny honey
6 fresh mint leaves
Sprig of mint, to garnish
1. Take a clean glass and add the Macallan fine oak 10 years old, runny honey and fresh mint leaves.
2. Gently muddle and infuse ingredients together.
3. Fill the glass with crushed ice and churn with bar spoon.
4. Top glass with more ice and garnish with generous mint sprig, and serve.
