Over the past seven years, Abdulai Kpekawa has worked at a number of leading venues in the capital, including Sosho in Shoreditch, where he mastered the art of cocktail blending.
This art has been finely tuned with four years at All Star Lanes in Holborn and most recently the Experiment Cocktail Club in Chinatown.
With a passion for cocktails and blending, Abdulai is known for creating exciting and daring flavours and textures, which excite and challenge traditional boundaries. As the bar manager at Roux at the Pembury, Abdulai is responsible for the restaurant bar and the continued evolution of its menu, known for creating exciting and daring flavours and textures with his cocktails.
